Rotary District 5400 covers Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon, and we sponsor 15-20 students each year for the Long-term exchange program lasting for a full academic year (9-12 months). Our short-term exchange program (STEP) is also available for students interested in a summer adventure.

This program takes thousands of volunteer hours to produce each year, which is fulfilled by Rotary volunteers as well as numerous other non-Rotarians.
